Internal Parasites

Hookworms, tapeworms, whipworms, roundworms are some of the most common intestinal parasites of dogs and cats. Not only are these common causes of disease in pets, but they also can cause disease in people- particularly children.

  • A chewable tablet safe for dogs over 12 weeks of age. Covers roundworm, hookworm, and tapeworm infections.

  • A chewable tablet for cats over 8 weeks old covering tapeworms, hookworms, and roundworms.

  • An oral liquid, used for puppies that covers roundworms and hookworms.

  • A monthly chewable that protects against heartworms, roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, and whipworms. Also prevents flea eggs from hatching!

Fleas & Ticks

Fleas can be found year round if they have somewhere to stay warm, a heat lamp, etc. Ticks are prevalent in the spring, summer, & fall months. Ticks can transport a variety of diseases, that we have seen in this area! Flea & Tick prevention is simple compared to the treatment of fleas and tick-borne diseases.

  • An injectable solution covering fleas and ticks with 12 month duration

  • A chewable tablet for dogs over 6 months of age. Protects against fleas & ticks for 12 weeks!!

  • A topical for cats over 6 months of age, protects against fleas & ticks for 3 months.

  • A monthly topical for cats and dogs over 8 weeks of age. Protects against fleas and ticks for 1 month!

Heartworms

Heartworms are transmitted by infected mosquitos. Eggs are transmitted which then grow into adults, where they live on the right side of the heart and in large vessels around the heart. All dogs are susceptible of infection regardless if they are indoor or outdoor pets.

Ear Mites
