Student Mixed Animal Externship Opportunities

Our clinic provides services for small, large, and equine patients, allowing for a variety of hands-on experiences. At OVC we offer an array of services that include but are not limited to small, large, and equine surgeries (OHE, neuters, onychectomies, hernia repair, cherry eye correction, dental extractions/prophylaxis, c-sections, urethrotomies, gomer bull, colt castration, etc.), in-house bloodwork, digital radiography, equine dental equipment, and ultrasound. Depending on the time of the year, can determine the type experience you may have (this primarily affects large animal and equine work). We would love to make the most of your time and tailor to any interests you may have while getting your hands dirty!
